Tong Dragon Mixed Martial Arts Academy is a mixed martial arts training facility like no other 
in New Jersey! With over 6000 square feet the TDMMA academy is considered to be the best there is. Official Olympic Swain Training mats cover 3000 square feet of training floor for your protection and comfort. The academy also has a complete kickboxing ring, wall mats and 20 foot cage wall for mma training. Tong Dragon also offers 12 different types of bags to train on including; Muay Thai Heavy Bags, Boxing bag, Double end bag, Angle bag, Wrecking Ball, Uppercut bag and our Sand bag for shin conditioning. 


Tong Dragon also has two seating areas for guests to observe classes. Our Tong Dragon Pro Shop can handle all of your martial arts equipment needs.
