The Teen Program consists of 3 class types. The first is Muay Thai. The fundamentals of puching, kicking, elbows, knees and clinch work all while getting in top shape. The second is Brazilian Jiu JItsu. This style promotes strong grappling and ground fighting techniques.
Practitioners develop self defense with a joint locks, position escapes and chokes. The student trains with a uniform or gi. The third type is MMA. This class combines the first 2 classes into one complete self defense system.
